Extra Preparation should adopt for upcoming TM
projects and New Client.

Feasibility study JV should check for the
construction / approach with another company for upcoming TM projects.
Justification of active participation in the
company directors in the company in enhancing management activity.

Management will highly encourage if any one or
more shareholder is agreed to active participation in the company.
